Ashley is passionate about helping people gain greater insight into their own experience and the experience of others. She believes that when we become aware, we can begin to create positive momentum and change in our lives and our relationships. Ashley is particularly skilled in helping people to turn insight into action. Whether it's coaching, facilitation or training, Ashley's approach is always rooted in psychological frameworks with a trauma-informed lens.
Ashley is particularly fascinated by the ways in which traumatic experiences impact our individual expression and our interactions with others. She believes that the most important components of healing are through education, reflection and in relationships with others.
