Adaptive and Maladaptive Behaviours

This award will provide candidates with an understanding of how development of maladaptive responses in children and young people can have roots in the earliest attachment needs. Learners will consider eating disorders, self-injuring and substance misuse and reflect on ways of working which may promote positive behaviours.
